The Team

Over the years Captains has established a highly skilled yet friendly team who work hard day in, day out to make sure all our customers needs are taken care of while they dine.

We serve with energy and passion at whatever pace the night requires, sometimes busy and lively nights will mean having to work hard and fast to make sure everyone is satisfied.

While sometimes on quiter nights in the early and late season, a more relaxed manner can be used in enjoying time to talk to customers which is always a highlight for everyone who works here.

Stefanos

The Boss

The owner of Captains and still very much the main man, Stefanos started the restaurant in 2008 after many years of working in and running other establishements. He is now the proud owner of one of the best restaurants in Kos, and doesnt plan on going anywhere anytime soon.

Stu

Head Waiter

Stu has been at Captains since 2011, and is now head of the front of house team in the restaurant. Having worked in Kardamena since 2009, he has a good experience of people and their needs and very much loves every minute of what he does. Look out for the "Sizzling" Stu special Fajitas, it can get a little hot inside Captains!!

Theo

Front Of House

Theo is a local man who looks after the front of the restaurant, answering any questions u may have all day long, not just about Captains but using local knowledge to give sound advice. Look out for some of Theo's magic tricks used to sometimes keep people entertained while they wait for a table on yet another busy night (max 10-15 mins haha!!)

Head Chef

Theo has been Head Chef of Captains since the first day of opening, he has helped develop the menu into what it is today. Using his skills and knowledge we have produced a menu that is suitable for all and also put together a kitchen which prides itself on its ability never to keep a customer waiting whilst always offering quality.
